About this house rental
Beautiful 2 acre Point Lot with amazing views! Private screened-in boathouse & Beach!
WELCOME TO PINEAPPLE POINT – Beautiful open concept 4,600 sq ft home with exceptional views from the moment you walk through the door, highlighted by a spectacular two story wall of windows and gorgeous stone fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make meals from simple to gourmet. It boasts granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, slide out cabinets, and a large 8-foot island. There is a screened-in porch and private deck off the kitchen with a gas grill for grilling. In the mud room, off the kitchen, is a second refrigerator/freezer and full capacity washer and dryer. Pineapple Point is situated on a very private two acre point lot with over 500 feet of waterfront including a sandy beach. Located on a small cove for safe and fun swimming, the house is part of “The Waters” community on the private side of Lake Anna. The Waters is the only community on Lake Anna with a community swimming pool and tennis courts. There is also a private boat launch where you can put your boat in the lake.
BEDROOMS HIGHLIGHTS: The pineapple is the symbol of hospitality and warm welcomes. It is our hope that you will feel comfortable and relaxed in our hotel-grade mattresses, pillows and linens included with rental. This house has 6 bedrooms with a bunkroom inside the lower level master suite for a total of 7 bedrooms + nursery inside the upper level master.
Main level: Bedroom 1- The master suite on the main level has a king bed, and private bathroom with a large shower and double sinks. There is a very large closet that has been converted into a nursery with a crib, rocking chair and changing table. We left one side of the clothes rack up, in case it is desired to be used as a closet rather than a nursery. Spectacular views with 9-foot sliding doors that walk out onto a private upper deck.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 on the upper level both have queen beds and large closets. They share a bathroom.
Lower level bedrooms: Bedrooms 4&5 - The master suite on the lower level has a king bed - and large sliding glass doors that face the water and walk out onto a patio. En suite bathroom with a tub/shower and double sinks. There is a bunk-room within this room that has barn doors for privacy. The bunk-room has a full-over-full bunk bed with pull-out drawers for added storage. Within the bunk-room, there is a large window that faces the water with an amazing view, but no access outside for added safety in the event children are staying in the bunk-room.
Bedroom 6 – Two full size beds and large closet in this room. This bedroom faces the water with another great view! This bedroom also contains sliding glass doors with walkout to the patio for easy access to outdoor games and the beach. There is a bath room with a shower and double sinks right outside this room.
Bedroom 7- This is in the largest and most private bedroom. It has a king bed and a sitting area with a couch and TV. This room views the water on the side of the house and has beautiful sunrises.
This is not a pet free home. Owners have 2 small dogs!
