Flaminia Charme

The location was a huge plus, very convenient for visiting Rome's main landmarks, all within a 10–20 minute walk, including the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Largo di Torre Argentina, Campo de' Fiori, and the Vittorio Emanuele II Monument. Trastevere, the Colosseum, and Piazza di Spagna were also easily reachable within a 20–30 minute walk. Upon our arrival, there was an issue with the water heater, but Sofia was already working to resolve it. Fortunately, it did not affect our stay or our travel plans. Sofia stayed on top of the situation from the very beginning and even offered us a discount on our stay. I chose not to accept it because these things can happen, and what mattered most to me was how quickly she addressed the issue and how she went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.

Pillows and bed. The bed for a 2 night stays was ok but for longer stays you may start feeling some soreness. Pillows could be improved with memory foam ones.

The host was AMAZING. Really accommodating, really easy to communicate with. Location was perfect!! Ac was heaven.

This property is beautiful, incredibly clean and has amazing aircon and is fabulously located just a short walk from any sight seeing you would like to do in Rome. Sofia was incredibly helpful accommodating and is a fantastic host. We found it easy to get to and from the train station by bus with a very short walk with our suitcases to locate the entrance. Within minutes we were able to get good food an Aperol or shop or see the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain etc. we also walked to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Overall a great stay and would recommend.
