Great place to stay

Fantastic service, Marco and his lovely Mum went beyond what they had to do for us, picked us up from train station and also dropped us at a concert. Flat was spotless, espresso machine was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend especially if considering a concert again at Reggio Emilia.

The apartment is clean and comfortable, perfect for our needs for the duration of our stay in Reggio Emilia.

The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. There are cafes, a bakery, a grocery store, restaurants, and a gelato shop within walking distance. We also appreciated the secure, underground parking. Marco was gracious and helpful, giving us suggestions for places to visit and was very accommodating with our late arrival (due to flight delays).

In the morning, as a light sleeper, it was noisy (deliveries to the shops below and students heading to school).

Great

The apartment was bigger than expected, it had 2 large bedrooms. It was very clean and you could find everything you needed. It was like a hotel. The beds were amazing, we slept like babies. The idea of breakfast at the bar was really nice. The owner was very friendly and gave us useful information. The location is great because is close to the highway. It is a quiet neighborhood with lots of offices, so there is no rumour problem in the evening. It is close to Parma and Modena so you can visit both cities.

Sve je bilo savršeno!

Smeštaj je i više od očekivanog, dva frižidera, veš mašina, indukciona ploča, kompletno opremnjena kuhinja i kupatilo. Jedino što smo kupili je hrana, sve ostalo je već bilo obezbeđeno u objektu. Objekat takođe sadrži i potpuno obezbeđenu garažu sa video nadzorom i senzorima. U zgradi se nalazi caffe, a u susednoj zgradi i poslastičarnica. Objekat je na mirnom mestu, idealno za odmor. Blizu je parking, gde možete ostaviti automobil kada krenete u stari grad. Parking se plaća 1.5 eur na sat, ali je takođe obezbeđen. Moram da napomenem da su kreveti jako udobni, i da smo se zaista lepo naspavali. Marco je divan domaćin i spreman je na svaki vid dogovora i slobodno ga pitajte za bilo koji savet. Svakako ćemo doći ponovo.
