Beautiful, small apartment for a short visit to Reggio

The host was very accommodating of our late arrival time. The apartment is in a great location to all of the restaurants and sights of the old city.

Hot water heater could have been turned up a few degrees, it barely got to lukewarm.

Lack of towels and sheets. The place was too small, even to move

No instructions for checking in. And for us and UK visitors, no electric kettle or toaster

Great location for 2 travellers

Great location, good size of apartment for 2 people (but not more than that), enough space for clothes and private things. Beautiful view from the window, park and bakery in 30 seconds from the building.

No laundry machine if you need it. Cleanliness in the bathroom could be better. No shampoo/soap or anything like that. Hot water finishes super fast so even 1 person cannot finish its showering.

Soggiorno ideale a Reggio Emilia

Comodissima. Due passi dall’università e in pieno centro storico. Vicina alla Coop e all’Esselunga. L’host è stato davvero gentile perché ci ha anche consigliato per il parcheggio e su dove mangiare. L’appartamento aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno ed era molto pulito.

Ottima esperienza

Sono stata in questa struttura insieme a mia figlia. Ci siamo trovate molto bene! L'appartamento era perfettamente pulito ed accessoriato. La posizione è ottima, si trova al limite del centro storico permettendo sia di visitare la città a piedi (zona ricca di attrazioni, ristoranti e negozi) sia di parcheggiare comodamente in un parcheggio libero a meno di 5 minuti a piedi. Inoltre è vicinissima al Pala Bigi e, come nel nostro caso, qualora doveste partecipare a qualche evento, è una posizione ottimale per raggiungerlo a piedi! Host molto gentile e disponibile. Grazie!

Unos días de vacaciones

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado con buenas conexiones para poder desplazarte en bus o dar un paseo por la ciudad. En la misma calle hay una panaderia y cerca varios supermercados. El apartamento es muy acogedor y su propietario muy atento nos dio recomendaciones para ver o poder comer. El apartamento tiene lo necesario para poder disfrutar de unos días de relax. Estaba todo muy limpio. Hemos estado muy cómodos.

Bene ma non benissimo

ottima posizione alla porte del centro cittadino, parcheggio comodo gratuito (anche se non controllato e in zona non bellissima = vetri rotti a terra), bagno piccolo ma con finestra

Era inverno e abbiamo trovato la casa fredda e purtroppo maleodorante (gli ospiti precedenti forse avevano cucinato uova e la casa era impregnata di odore di cucina). la macchinetta del caffè non era la macchinetta a cialde ma una semplice caffettiera, e non era presente il caffè (neanche un tè o una tisana). Pentole e posate non pulite ma nessuna spugnetta né detersivo presenti in casa : praticamente la cucina c'è ma non abbiamo usato niente perché avremmo dovuto comprare tutto. Come asciugamani avevamo un medio e un grande a testa x 3 giorni. Presenti solo 2 rotoli di carta igienica (uno già iniziato) quindi l'abbiamo comprata. l'appartamento non presenta appoggi in bagno X la borsa igienica,, ne ganci per gli asciugamani che abbiamo appeso in camera

Troppo piccolo il bagno, fare il bidè è un'impresa poiché c è poco spazio per far passare le gambe
