Under construction cold and dark
The location is great however if you are going by car parking overnight is challenging.
We stayed in November and the nights were very cold. We could not get the heat to work and we froze all night. The apartment has loose wires hanging out of the wall in the bathroom and another unfinished bathroom. The entire apartment was very dark and cold and felt like it needed more work to be suitable for a rental. We left a night early.

Itchy bed sheets and spiders around the bed that we had to killed. Rust in the shower. A lot of dust in the house. The air conditioner does not cool ,and it was very cold over the night.

Extraordinary appartment in the city
We stayed for two nights, on our passage through Reggio Emilia. The appartment is exquisitely decorated in contemporary - modern style with plenty of artefacts, art books and designer vintage furniture. It is as nice to explore it as would be a day in the city. It is very well located, with easy access to centre and pedestrian area. Despite of being so central, it is quiet and benefits of the green view of the interior garden. The apartment is super clean and has all the confort, including dishwasher and washing machine. A confortable bed with crisp linen, a large and confortable sofa in the living-room, a fully equipped kitchen and tons of art books are a serious threat for any outings. The host is answering promptly to messages and he is very friendly. Public parking place available at 50m from the property. Parking app available and the costs for day parking are not expensive.
