NICE HOUSE TO ENJOY A GOOD HOLIDAY
Beautiful house, completely renovated, modern and very practical located in a privileged and quiet area of l'Escala very close to a large green area to take long walks at sunset or exercise in the mornings.
It has parking for the vehicle, wifi and hot and cold air pump system, a room on the upper floor and 2 double rooms on the ground floor of the house and a large terrace with barbecue where your vacation days will be
full of joy and fun with family and friends.
With more than seven kilometers of coastline, L'Escala is a corner that adapts to the tastes of any bather. From extensive sandy beaches with all kinds of services around them, to small pebble coves surrounded by pine forests and cliffs. There are beaches that are an exit point for channels for swimming in the open sea and others with a wide range of sports or of special interest for scuba diving; Not to mention the unique possibilities such as bathing or sunbathing alongside the more than two thousand years of history of El Moll Grec. A whole world of beaches to discover.

Très belle maison fonctionnelle et charmante dans un quartier calme de l’Escala.Terrasse sympa le matin pour déjeuner et le soir le barbecue est parfait pour les grillades.Joli intérieur et bien disposé.
