Vacay Apartment Ibiza
Perfect, modern and well equipped, on the ground floor with a magnificent terrace equipped with direct access to the communal pool and garden, which will allow you to enjoy the summer days in the shade or in the sun, whichever you like the most.




The residence is called Tropicana, it is a quiet place with communal pool and garden. [Pool of 11 x 6 with outdoor shower] to share between the 12 apartments, the area is totally closed, ideal for families with children.



Easy to park, on the street, and is only 500 meters from the beach of Riells, with fine sand, ideal for the youngest of the family, you can easily go on foot, less than 10 minutes walking to the beach where you will find diversity with one of restaurants, bars, shops and leisure.

Maximum capacity: 4 people.

Bedroom 2: bunk bed

Bathroom: with shower.
Living-dining room: with what is necessary, the apartment is renovated and very well equipped.
Kitchen: Vitro, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher
Terrace: equipped, and overlooking the community area, with a table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors.
Additional information:

Communal swimming pool:normally available from June to October (except during occasional maintenance or improvement periods as required by the facility). Usage hours are approximately from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm. Please respect the schedule and the rules posted at the premises.
