House in perfect condition, quiet area 750m from the beach, close to supermarkets.

This was our first villa holiday and it was excellent, we was met at the villa by Gemma and although she doesn’t speak much English and I speak even less Spanish she gave us a very warm and friendly welcome and using the universal hand signals she showed us around the villa then left us too it, I text her a few times during our stay and she always replied, we knew she was nearby if needed but she was never intrusive.The villa itself is amazing, it has everything you need and is really spacious, the pool is not massive but it’s ideal for a nice dip and a cooldown, the villa is in a very quiet neighbourhood and it was so peaceful and relaxing not having to fight at 6am for a sun lounger, there is plenty of areas around the villa to sunbathe and also plenty of shade for when the sun is blazing down on you, the nearest Aldi & McDonald’s is 5mins walk away, the Aldi has everything you need including fresh bread in a morning, the main town is 20mins walk away, there is some nice restaurants in the town but definitely recommend the THAI restaurant it was great.From the main town the old town is another 25mins walk around the headland or catch the land train for 2euro, the old town is beautiful with some more Fantastic restaurants.It’s busy in the town at night, but it revolves around tapas and drinks, one thing we did miss was just a sports bar and maybe some live music but didn’t spoil the holiday.All in all 10/10 holiday thanks gemma
