L’extérieur avec son coin confort et coquet La situation géographique pour aller au nord ou au Sud faire des découvertes de l’Espagne .
Un peu vieillot l’ensemble mais l’essentiel y est. Cela sentait les évacuations dans toute la maison Côté pratique il Manque une planche à découper …

Fully equipped kitchen, great terrace hidden by the trees; parking always available in the nearby streets. Nice separation of the 2 areas which is convenient for several families/groups of friends. Supermarket is 5 min drive, the beach is 5-8min drive depending where you prefer to go. Unless you prefer tracking/walking, better get around in the car.

Buena ubicación. Zona tranquila. Cocina muy bien equipada. Baño principal recién reformado. Aire acondicionado en todas las zonas. Zona exterior de la casa muy aprovechable.
Las habitaciones y el baño separadas de la vivienda son un poco justas.
