We enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice. A little more greenery around the pool would help. Spraying the screen door black would cover the rust and help the condo entrance appeal. We had everything we needed there. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen very nice. Loved being close to everything.

This condo was perfect for a quick weekend. Bed was comfy and the unit had everything we needed. As any unit without a/c, things can get loud at times but the noise doesn’t last long.

We had a great time and will definitely be back. The location is perfect, tons of great restaurant and things to do with in walking distance. We had a little issue with our late check out and the property managers were quick to respond and solve our problem. The beds were comfortable and all the beach toys were awesome to have. There was a little bit of a smell when we arrived, but we assumed it was due to being right on the ocean. It was a great vacation! Can't wait to visit again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is clean, in a fantastic location and the pool / hot tub just outside the door was a huge plus. The Condo had everything we needed. The Beach chairs are great to have just wish there were a smaller cooler to take down for drinks only. Both the coolers are large but not always needed for an hour or so. The tenants at the condo were all very friendly and we enjoyed meeting them too. My only issue is not with the condo but the property management. Our flight arrived 3 hours before the 4pm check in and in order to check in early they charged us $10 per hour. I know that the unit had been empty all week and I just thought this was an excessive fee. Also as we had to check out 3 hours BEFORE the check out time there was no compensation for that. It is simply a poor policy and does not sit well when people have paid $1,700.00 in advance to reserve the unit. Otherwise, we had a great time!

This is our second vacation to PB staying in the same condo building, different unit though. The location is perfect for getting to all tourist destinations, excellent food options, and the beach is literally out the front door of the building! This unit we stayed in was perfect for our family of 4. The unit was clean, the trundle daybed was perfect for our two young children, and all amenities are provided! We don’t feel like we were missing anything. The furniture was comfortable with updated furnishings. Check in and checkout were very easy. The building is very quiet and feels safe and secure. The underground parking is very much appreciated as well as this is a very busy neighborhood. We will definitely try to book this unit for future vacations!

I had a great time and had everything i needed at the apt! the unit was clean at a perfect location. The only thing was that right outside the door's apt the complex ran some constractions and it was de of the door's apt so it was very loudy and woked me up every morning and when i called i got an answer that there is nothing to do with that.

Great location, right near the beach. Staff was very responsive. It’s a good value. Heads up - the exterior pictures of the pool area are misleading. The section with the astroturf is decrepit and full of construction scaffolding. The hot tub had brown water.

The building key did not work but we were able to get the code for the pad lock to the outside building door. The dumpsters in the back had locks on them and we had a hard time emptying trash cans. An employee of next door allowed us to use their dumpster so it worked out. Other than that the check in and check out process was great and we had everything we needed.

The property managers were so efficient. Thank he lace was clean, a bit dated but otherwise perfect. So convenient to everything and price was good! The hot tub was cool but otherwise a great week!!!

Cheap for a reason

Property located close to beach. Great. No air movement related to first floor location and placement of property in relation to beach. Broken fans, contacted as requested, was told unaware fans broken. Everyday new problems, blown fuses, called emergency numbers listed in books no response. Last day clogged leaking sink, keep the money, I paid more to get a decent night sleep elsewhere. Would not recommend. Pay a little more and go elsewhere unless you love sleeping in 76 degree living room on a leather couch. But due to non refundable everywhere basically just screwed no matter how many problems you come across. Ridiculous.

great location

Overall this was a location you cant beat. Has parking , bikes, a pool, walk to everything, great beach for surfing or swimming. The unit has everything you need except maybe air conditioning . The unit needs a new front door screen as the rust breaks off and land on the floor as you walk in. The blinds need updating as pieces fall off every time you open them or close them. Theres a neighbor next door who doesnt like people (kids) swimming in the pool so she blasts loud music with profanities until you leave as the unit is right next to the pool. We ignored her for the most part as did others but Its pretty rude. We spent most of our time at the beach 20 steps away. We had a fantastic time despite these minor things and would go back.

Great location

Overall we had a great time. A 3 minute walk to the beach or Kono's for breakfast. We enjoyed the condo and all the amenities it has to offer. The only negative on the condo are 2 things. The area rugs and the security door need to be replaced. The rugs are dirty and the door is rusted out bad. You literally can reach the door knob from the outside. This place has 5 star potential but can't be with those issues. The property issues are small. The main problem is the main door to the front of the building is hard to open. There is a key issue here. You really have to play with the lock to get it to open. I found it much easier to get back in through the garage than try and open the door especially if you are in a hurry. The sun deck used to be green according to the pictures but now is beige and is less appealing. The Jacuzzi is the size of a bathtub with a 3 person maximum. It's more comical than useful. The property manager answered 1 of my 2 emails. Both about the key issue. If you like Pacific beach then you will love this place.
