Relax and enjoy! Hidden Dunes Gulfside 202 is the perfect spot for both! If you are interested in keeping an eye on the kids at the pool or watching the waves roll in, this Gulfside patio is perfect! Hidden Dunes Gulfside 202 has been updated with travertine flooring, new paint, a kitchen with new cabinets, countertops, and stainless appliances! Bathrooms have also been updated with new countertops, cabinets and tiled baths. The Gulf views are lovely from the master bedroom as well, also with a private access to the patio. The guest bedroom is cozy with two double beds, perfect for young or older children to relax. Enjoy the community pool or beach which are right below the unit. Hidden Dunes Gulfside 202 is your perfect vacation home away from home!
Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. The property was very nice and unit was as pictured! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We were directly over the pool- the noise was minimal. You didn’t really have a lot of privacy on balcony because it was so close to the pool but that’s expected on the 2nd floor. Management answered all of my questions in a timely manner upon arrival. The only issue we had on day one was getting through the gate from the pool area. We tried all of the codes given until some kind soul from a nearby balcony gave us the correct code which worked the remainder of our stay. The guys with the chair service were very nice and even carried my bags to our seating area each day. The only complaint I have is when my daughter had unplugged the lamp to plug in an additional charger and then decided to plug the lamp back in, there appeared to by a short and the front bedroom, bathroom, and foyer lost power. I called the emergency number to let them know what had happened and that I could not locate a breaker box. The answering service stated they would pass along the message. This happened around 9pm and no one came to fix the issue-which clearly just needed a breaker to be flipped. We were scheduled to leave the next morning so I’m not sure when someone ever went to see about the issue.
Overall the property and condo were sensational. I would have preferred a higher unit for more privacy. Would stay here again.

The room is great and the property. The boys setting up the chairs on the beach use the entire beach section allowed for the condo. So, if anyone who did not want to rent chair and use there own stuff it had to sit behind everyone else. They also do not allow smoking on the beach.... For real people you are outside on the beach with a gulf breeze. They need to remove at least half the chairs they set up and let people use there umbrellas if they would like. I got 2 free chairs and umbrella with the room but I was told it was the back row and if I gave them a tip of $100 they could move me to the front. What a load of crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
