Close to the beach and the swimming pool

Not in a party location and great for kids and grandparents
The condo provided very small beach chairs. We were informed beach items, the chairs and small bucket, could not be left outside the door.. the chairs unfortunately brought in rust water which we were trying to avoid. Check out time at 9am is very difficult.

The location was great grocery store close and sea food market was also close...
the grills on the property did not work very well...
the steps going to the beach are something to deal with when you have a bad knee
