A collection of pastel paintings by a famous artist adorn the pale grey walls of the first floor. Their subject focuses on tropical birds and the lightness they possess is carried throughout the decor and fine furnishings of Cottage 171. All your chicks are certain to delight in their temporary nest with upgrades like travertine tile floors in the main gathering areas and a chic design where pale pastels and sheer curtains add to the airy atmosphere. Additionally, the kitchen is decked with gorgeous granite countertops, cabineted Frigidaire appliances and a stone tile backsplash which when combined with the soothing ambiance is a lovely place to spread your wings!

Apart from this fantastic interior, Hidden Dunes amenities are what keep generations coming back year after year- dedicated parking, in-unit washer/dryer combo, two pool decks complete with palm trees and lounge chairs, professional clay tennis courts, basketball and shuffleboard courts, shaded walking trails and private access to the beaches of the Gulf. Additionally, many guests continually praise its location which is very near to Silver Sands Factory Stores and several golf courses.

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
