Lighthouse Point 11C is a top-floor condo that is located just steps from the beach and pool and offers guests a great vacation experience on Tybee Island. Spend hours relaxing on the balcony while enjoying beautiful views of the bay, ships, shrimp boats from your private balcony. Enjoy a beachfront vacation with all the comforts of home!
The living area includes a flat-screen TV with cable access, a Queen sleeper sofa, and includes a built-in wet bar. There is a dining table seating up to 4 and additional outdoor seating for four on the balcony. The primary bedroom furnishings include a Queen-size bed and a Smart TV, attached full bathroom, and has access to the balcony with amazing views. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a Smart TV. The second bathroom is located in the hall just outside the bedroom door and has a tub and shower combination. This condo is a great option for family getaways to Tybee Island.
Lighthouse Point 11C is on the third floor for maximum view. There is no elevator in this building, and this condo is accessed only by stairs to the third floor. There is also community WIFI for guest use at the pool area along with dedicated WIFI for just your use of the unit. Two reserved and covered parking spaces available. Spaces are narrow, so over-sized vehicles may not fit.
Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, Lighthouse Point Condominiums is directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. Spend hours combing the beach for shells and treasures. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel.
Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20) and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is in Fort Screven, near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum.
POOLS: Lighthouse Point pools are open. Limited occupancy and periodic cleaning throughout the day. (Subject to change due to HOA Guidelines).

Great location ! Enjoyed watching the cargo ships. Condo was like pictured and clean. Short enough drive to restaurants. Even though it was on 3rd floor without elevator, we all managed quite well. I would suggest is installing grab bars in showers, especially traveling with older parents. Great time !

Too many stairs
No parking under the unit we stayed in.
Shower drain in master bath was very slow
Floor in other bathroom slanted
It’s a 1/4 mile to the beach not 100 feet
Kitchen faucet and sink need to be replaced
Glad we went in the off season, you could hear kids running back and forth in the condo below us, luckily they went bed early and only stayed one night. Also could hear music from another condo.
