The location. Beach was not packed very enjoyable and private!

No elevator. Was on third floor. Lots of steps!

The condo was very cute and spacious. The balcony was huge with a nice view.

This property didn't have an elevator. Getting all of our luggage and groceries into the condo was miserable and I have a bad knee. Each level had two flights of stairs. We were on the 3rd floor and it took us about 3 trips to get unloaded. This is also the first time we've traveled, and a rental didn't have basic supplies like a Keurig (pods creamer), paper towels, laundry detergent, and beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, wagon, beach toys). We were so unprepared and had to drive into Savannah to go to a Walmart to get items that are always supplied to us at every beach rental we've visited in the last 4yrs. A few of the pillows and the extra blanket was stained.

Clean, spacious, great location with easy access to beaches and restaurants! Can see both the sunrise and sunset!

Parking spot was small, you do have to walk up three flights of stairs to get to the door.

It was close to ocean, and beds were comfortable

Water pressure in sink was very weak, shower head was old and not great, toilet seat did stay up, headboard was loose and wobbly, there were giant wasp nest on deck, and screen door was broken.
