This is such a cute, cozy condo. It has an amazing view of the water, is decorated in a really cute way, and everything was in working order. My favorite thing was the spacious balcony overlooking the beach, though it was so rainy that we didn't get to use it as much as I would've liked. These condos are in a pretty good, quiet location. There were never very many people on the beach, so it just had a more peaceful vibe. The pool area was great! It was clean and there were three swimming areas, including a kiddie pool, for guests to utilize. Overall, we really liked this property for the price. It is truly a great value as vacation properties are concerned. The owners did a great job decorating it and used attractive furnishings and small details to make people feel at home. It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I could see us returning here in the future if we are ever back in Tybee.

A few small cons to consider- the covered parking below the condos is so narrow that everyone has to get out of the vehicle before pulling in. It pretty much can just fit a golf cart or compact car, which is odd because the parking spot to the left is relatively spacious (just seemed to be how these spots were- every other one was tiny). The stairs up to the condo were kind of exhausting to carry everything up or down. It wasn't that big of a deal for us, but I could see it causing problems for those with mobility concerns. Also, the steps seemed more compact than normal, which made it a little tricky to walk down. Another "con" is the walk to the beach. The boardwalks only go a fraction of the way to the beach, which means that a large portion of the walk is on a narrow trail through a dense (but beautiful) wildlife area. Signs say to beware of nesting venomous snakes, which may feel intimidating for some. We just made sure to steer clear of large holes in the ground and were ok. The condo itself wasn't extremely clean (accumulating dust on some furniture, dead bug on floor, small things like that), which is more a reflection of the vacation rental management company than the property itself or its owners.

Parking under condo was very tight

The location was great and the apartment was very nice.

Our oven didn't want to stay on when I tried to bake something. I had to turn the top burners on to get the bottom element to work and the top element of the oven didn't work except on broil. We also forgot to bring shampoo and had to go buy some.
