Welcome to Unit 1C, a spacious third-floor condo on the quiet North End of Tybee Island, where comfort, convenience, and beautiful coastal views come together for the perfect beach getaway.
One of the highlights of this condo is the oversized covered balcony that spans the length of the unit. Accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom, it's the perfect place to sip your morning coffee, relax with a good book, or unwind in the evening while enjoying views of the pool, beautifully landscaped grounds, and the iconic Tybee Lighthouse.
Inside, the open-concept living area is bright and welcoming with comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, cable TV, and large sliding glass doors that let in plenty of natural light and lead directly to the balcony. The adjoining dining area and fully equipped kitchen make it easy to gather for meals after a day at the beach.
The kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, and utensils. A full-size washer and dryer are also located inside the condo for your convenience.
The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, TV, private bathroom, and direct access to the covered balcony, allowing you to wake up to peaceful views each morning. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, a TV, and easy access to a second full bathroom, making it ideal for children or additional guests.

Very quiet and relaxing place. We had bikes delivered to the condo and enjoyed the large porch that overlooks the pool and lighthouse. Condo is on top floor so if you don’t like steps or elderly might be a problem.

Everything about our trip was exactly as advertised - except for the toddler who stayed in the condo above and hit the floor running at 6:00 every morning. These condos are NOT soundproof! Otherwise, we found just what we expected, called for and immediately got an HVAC repair and appreciated the excellent job our Rental Agent did.

The view from our balcony was one of the best I’ve ever had in a vacation stay. We watched the sunrise every morning then came in the cargo ships that were amazing to see. The beach was never crowded and the sunsets were spectacular. This condo is located close to everything from souvenir shops, restaurants, ice cream & most importantly the most adorable coffee shop Tybean. The condo had everything we needed for a most comfortable stay. We will definitely return soon.

This rental is just that - not someone’s home and does not have the amenities you have at most VRBOs. No games, cards, koozie, Bottle openers, beach accessories, the list goes on. The amenities provided were the basics to include Scratched Teflon pans. The rental did the job, but should have been significantly lower in price compared to nicer rentals.
