Świetna lokalizacja
Obiekt lata świetności ma dawno za sobą i pewnie byłoby to do zaakceptowania, gdyby nie fakt jak bardzo w błąd wprowadzają zdjęcia zamieszczone w ogłoszeniu.
Szara kanapa jest cała w plamach. Pod prysznicem grzyb, w mniejszym pokoju urwane drzwi od szafy, a drzwi wejściowe muszą być zamykane na zamek, gdyż inaczej nie można ich domknąć. Dodatkowo nie działający czujnik czadu, pomimo obecności piecyka gazowego.
Dołączone w ogłoszeniu zdjęcia parkingu również wprowadzają w błąd. We wskazanym miejscu parkingu nie ma (w zamian bary z głośną muzyką), zresztą straż miejska pilnuje okolicy aby uniemożliwić wjazd osobom bez pozwolenia. Bardzo duży problem z zaparkowaniem.
