It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the serene atmosphere of this exceptional location.
The Space:
The central point of the apartment is a sofa bed with sleeping function. There is also a kitchenette here, equipped with all the necessary equipment to prepare a meal. The bedroom has two large double beds. The bathroom is decorated in a modern style, with a shower, soft towels and necessary toiletries.
An undeniable advantage of the apartment will be a pleasant balcony with a unique view of the Motława River. It is perfect for a sip of morning coffee or an evening drink.
Guest Access:
The building offers a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage area and a jacuzzi for a fee of PLN 90/1.5h. Advance reservation is required, which together with payment should be made at the Radisson Hotel reception. The pool is limited to 35 people, priority entry is given to Radisson Hotel Guests.
If you are interested in renting a parking space for PLN 100 / day, please contact us no later than 7:00 p.m. The possibility of renting a private parking space is subject to availability. The height of the entrance to the garage hall is 1.9m.

Deo Plaza 313 Apartment is located on the historic Granary Island. The building has been renovated and resembles former granaries. It is located right on the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island. There are restaurants offering cuisine from all over the world, pubs and cafes. You can often hear live music here, and the heart of the island is the "food hall", where there are restaurants with viewing terraces and the "E.Wedel" cafe.

Thanks to its location in the very centre of the city, our Guests can fully experience its atmosphere - however, it is worth remembering that at night, typical city centre sounds may appear.
