The location is close to cafes, bars, malls and restaurants. Space is big enough, there’s washing machine too, perfect for long stays.
The bathroom is clean but there is a smell likely from pipes.

This was perfect for us. It’s a flat, not a hotel, and yet there was a cleaning service offered and we were kindly provided with bottled water when we arrived. The pool was quiet and very nice, and the flat was spotless with excellent storage space for clothes etc. Noey was very responsive to our messages. The location was also brilliant, and far better than where I had stayed in Chiang Mai before, very much within Nimman which is a great neighbourhood. Would love to stay here again, if I am lucky enough to return to Chiang Mai!
