About this house rental
Casa Beirão is a new 90m2 house on 2 floors. It has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5). This cottage is next to Casa Poncha. Casa Beirao is located at the back of the latter, while retaining an ocean panorama.
This spacious, modern and comfortable house will contribute to the success of your Holidays with families or friends. Its large “caleçade” terrace (volcanic stones) _ ~ 20m2_ serves the whole of the ground floor. The living room and the kitchen are open to the outside via large bay windows.
The terrace is partly planted with jasmine, we opted for a hard cover in order to make the most of the sun. The latter offering you a breathtaking view of the ocean. A flower garden, as well as a swing are at your disposal. This house has a private entrance. As well as a beautiful barbecue area (also private). The parking is common to all of the gîtes.
