The location was good and the house very well equipped. Instructions were very clear and no hassle getting in. Great for a few days away with friends.

Close to noisy road at the front and train line at the back. It was fine for the few days we were there. The place itself was lovely and probably one of the best places I have stayed in, very well appointed and attention to detail was great, very comfortable too.

Good location, an easy walk to our music course. Spacious and comfortable and had everything and more that we needed.

The location is brilliant, very close to the beach, the town centre, and countryside walks. The house is so warm and comfortable, beautifully furnished and presented, with everything you could possibly need.

A home from home!

A very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Also, very clean. Having two parking bays is a huge advantage. The house was made very welcoming with a Christmas tree and lights. A bottle of wine in the fridge and a carton of milk. A very thoughtful gesture.

Excellent - will definitely stay here again.

Location was excellent, only 15-20 min walk back into Torquay, or 5 minute drive. The house was extremely well appointed with a bathroom, and or en suite available to all bedrooms. Immacultely clean throughout. Off road parking - 2 spaces outside property was a real bonus.

Great location for exploring Torbay and local beaches. A modern and clean house. Would book again.

Superb location that is easy to find, ample parking and close to lovely beaches. The host was easily contactable and very helpful and friendly. The house was very spacious, spotlessly clean, felt newly decorated and fitted out with everything you could need for home-from-home convenience. It even had a little garden that was suntrap and a sea view from the front bedroom and lounge.

We personally liked the sound of the railway line immediately behind the house. It is a branch line so only the odd train going to and from Paignton (which is the end of the line) passed during the day. However, the main road immediately outside of the house (Torbay Road from Torquay to Paignton and Brixham) was very busy. This did mean that we didn't want to sit outside on the balconies and with the bi-fold doors open in the bedroom and lounge, could hear noisy traffic day and night.

Lovely stay with family in Torquay

Lovely house over 3 floors, positioned on the main road not far from beach. Easy access to the Town / Harbour and Brixham via the local bus (bus top right outside the house) making getting around Torquay / Paignton and Brixham very easy. The house nicely furnished, well equipped and clean. Host easy to contact via text and regular check ins to see that everything was as it should be.

Fab location, really lovely property, accommodating hosts, would definitely recommend and stay again

The property was really lovely, stylish and comfortable. The beds were lovely and made for a great nights sleep. We loved having the ability to have the balcony doors open to let in the breeze. The property was perfectly located for walking distance to Torquay and Paignton. The car parking space right outside the front door was a great and appreciated addition. Sharons recommendations prior to our stay, for places to eat and places to visit was very helpful and was a nice little touch that we were grateful for.

I think if we were to provide just a little bit of feedback, as opposed to ‘what we didn’t like’ - as this wouldn’t be an accurate description. Some of the kitchen utensils and cookware displayed previous guests ‘use’.
