Great break away for half term. The kids didn’t want to leave.

Everything! No faults. It was an easy place to find and the staff were very friendly. This place was a great find for the Feb half term. Even though it rained we still enjoyed the hot tub, which was well maintained, Jo has gone the extra mile making us feel comfortable and welcome. The little touches truly made our stay. We booked last minute and had loads of information about the park and surrounding areas. We will be coming back to enjoy different seasons.

It felt like everything was thought about, the welcome hamper was a lovely touch, the hot tub was perfect, everything was clean and well presented. very attentive host. Plans to return in the summer months.

Gorgeous half-term October 2025 stay.

Beautiful, clean caravan- perfectly situated on the park. Jo is so helpful and can't do enough to ensure a wonderful stay with lots of information sent prior to our visit. Hamper of goodies and essentials in the fridge on arrival added to our lovely (second) stay in this caravan. Hot tub is perfect as well and maintained on a daily basis. Selection of games, dvds and books kept us all entertained (family of 4 with a 3 and 7 year old). The park itself is lovely and has great facilities.

The caravan was like a home from home. Very comfortable and modern with everything we needed. Hot tub was a lovely extra. Welcome basket upon arrival which was a lovely personalised touch. Great location and onsite facilities

An absolute gem of a find!!!

A perfect little break in an amazing, well looked after , beautifully furnished caravan. Absolutely every little detail has been thought about, so many little touches that make the place a real home from home, anything I’d forgotten to take was already there. Incredibly clean, modern and so well kept. The hot tub was a lovely bonus to our stay. Fantastic communication, great location, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this absolute little gem to anyone, it truly exceeded all of our expectations.

Absolutely perfect and beautiful

Absolutely loved this property, the caravan had everything you needed, even a welcome hamper with scones jam cream , fresh milk, juice, and water, and soap, shampoo, conditioner, very spacious and decorated beautifully, and the hot tub was perfect after a day out to relax in , the holiday park was ideal for all ages, and a bus from the site to town was easy and convenient, so much easier than driving down and trying to find parking , will definitely be returning again

Great caravan stay, beats all the rest

The caravan was clean and comfortable very impressed with the little touches that were in the van like shampoo conditioner, washing up liquid milk all the things you bring or need to get it was like home from home. Their was towels for the hot tub, blankets if you get chilly and games for the kids, lovely seating and comfortable beds the host has thought of everything you may need. The hot tub was amazing lots of room we was in it every day, we had such a lovely time their and would recommend it to everyone😃

Beautiful, family holiday with lovely hot tub with all the finishing touches

Perfect location between amusements and site shop. Caravan was spacious and immaculately clean! Host was amazing! Very helpful from start to finish! Hot tub was beautiful addition! Nice hamper left for arrival, plus milk water and juice in fridge. Surplus of cleaning products and essentials! Very little touch had been well thought out. Beds where very comfortable! Caravan was 5***** couldn’t ask for Better!

Birthday Break

Great communication and lots of useful information before we arrived. Super friendly and approachable host even though we didn't meet in person. Accommodation was beautiful, modern, clean and Jo had thought of everything we might possibly need for our stay. Jo even provided tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, scones & clotted cream. The hot tub was wonderful and relaxing. The site itself was very clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. Jo provided a Guest guide which also included things to do in the area - its in a great location for Paignton Zoo and the Paignton-Dartmouth Steam railway, both only a few minutes drive away. I honestly cannot think of any negatives about this caravan and site. We had a great stay, just wish it was for longer...but I'm sure we'll be back!

The town centre a little far not walking distance but a bus takes you there every 30 mins hop on and off all day for a fixed price takes you in and around the local areas . Beach a little far to walk to if you have a disability lots of hills .

Lovely stay

We booked this very last minute as a short get away and wish we could of stayed longer. Beautiful cabin with hot tub. Very clean, had full working kitchen area, en-suite toilet in main bedroom. Tv in main bedroom perfect for early rising little ones. Host left a lovely welcoming hamper also. Lovely area to stay, on site resort had a swimming pool and soft play facilities too for little ones.

A lovely comfortable stay in a beautiful caravan.

Host was lovely and checked in with us throughout our stay, caravan was immaculate, beds were super comfortable. All information was easily available to us before our stay which was extremely handy. Hot tub was lovely to use in the evenings. Nothing I could fault 😊I would definitely recommend!

The caravan was amazing clean & tidy and very comfortable, great location, the facilities was great. Close to the beach. Great communication from the owner for everything you need.
