1 Bright Point Apartment 2303

Amazing view. Spacious apartment.

Didn’t realise there wasn’t a lift and I would have liked one.

Super Lage direkt an der Hafeneinfahrt. Sehr schöne Räume und ein Pool mit Blick auf das Meer.

We recently stayed for 10 nights at 1 Bright Point Apartment 2303. The location is fantastic, right in Nelly Bay with amazing balcony views, several great swimming pools, and easy walking access to the ferry terminal, bus stops, and the IGA supermarket. The apartment complex itself is modern and secure, and overall, the setting couldn’t be better. Overall, while the apartment has a great location and plenty of potential, better attention to cleaning, communication, and guest supplies would make for a much more comfortable stay. For dining, the nearby Café del Mar in Nelly Bay was excellent, but for more variety and higher-quality options, Picnic Bay or Horseshoe Bay are better choices.

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by a few issues that took away from the experience. There wasn’t enough soap supplied (only two small bars for three people), and the provided toilet paper ran out well before the end of our stay. The oven was very dirty and not usable, and there also appeared to be a small ant infestation in the apartment. We were also not advised that a solar installation would be taking place on the roof above our apartment during our stay. The work went on for several days, and the resulting noise made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the apartment during the day.
