The Space:

Welcome to One Bright Point Apartment 2204, a comfortable holiday rental nestled in the scenic side of Nelly Bay, QLD. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to five guests with use of a sofa bed, making it an ideal retreat for family holidays or friends' getaways.



Engage in quality time with your loved ones in a spacious lounge, while enjoying an impressive marina views from your large private balcony - the perfect spot to watch the sunset or gaze across to the Nelly and Rocky Bay Foreshores. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, stove and a refrigerator, perfect for those homemade meals.



The spacious living areas are air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans, ensuring a comfortable environment regardless of the weather outside. When you do venture out you will find a covered balcony area with outdoor furniture allows guests to enjoy stunning water views. The complex shares 4 communal swimming pools providing ample entertainment opportunities for everyone in the squad.



The first room boasts a queen-sized bed with direct access to an en-suite bathroom and bath with water views. The second bedroom showcases two comfy single beds perfect for children or friends. The second bathroom doubles as a conveniently located laundry room with a clothes dryer and washing machine to help freshen up throughout your stay.



The cherry on top - this holiday rental comes with a secure car parking space. Plus, smoking is not allowed in any rooms, ensuring the continued freshness of our property.



The public bus departs close to the front of the 1 Bright Point Complex and the local grocery store and bottle shop are a short walk away.



Please be aware that this 2nd level apartment is accessed by stairs only.

Bedroom 2: 1 x King Bed OR 2 x Single Beds - You must advise us of your preference for bedding configuration at the time of booking or charges may apply.

Getting Around:

Magnetic Island can be easily accessed by the public bus service and taxis.

If you prefer to travel at your own pace there are hire cars available once on the Island. Parking is available.
