El apartamento es ideal para una pareja o personas que viajan solas. Está muy bien ubicado, en la calle Souliou, en el centro pero no en todo el medio de la zona de más gente y ruido. Está a 20 minutos andando de la estación de autobuses (Ktel green buses), muy práctico si no llevas coche. Está muy cerca de la plaza Saroko de donde salen también autobuses urbanos. El apartamento está bien equipado y es bonito y agradable.

Solo tiene una mesa baja para comer, le faltaría una mini mesa alta con sillas. Hace calor en verano porque por la ubicación no corre mucho el aire cuando abres las ventanas pero tiene aire acondicionado.

L'appartamento è accogliente e risulta ben climatizzato nonostante le giornate caldissime.

Dai servizi arrivava un cattivo odore e non è stato facile all'inizio individuare l'entrata.

Apparemment très bien équipé et décoration agréable. Literie confortable.

Les escaliers sont raides (appartement au 3ème étage)

Fantastic location and kitchen facilities, modern and clean inside the apartment, huge smart TV and easy to check in and out with the key safe. The apartment is very true to the pictures and decorated nicely. Very easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants and genuinely couldn’t fault the location.

Many issues were outside the hosts control however did impact our rating. Firstly there was no water at night and the drains gave off a very foul sewage smell throughout the apartment. One towel for the week was unfortunately not enough when there was not proper way to dry them (there was a dryer but it didn’t work very well). Lastly the hallways up to the room were filthy and filled with dead cockroaches which were not cleaned our whole stay, i understand other apartments not owned by this company also make up the property but should really be sorted. The elderly lady who lived in the bottom apartment was very unfriendly, attempting to kick us and later exposing herself in the street outside the building and leaving toilet roll with her faeces across the road.
