Fermin Suite - Iberorent Apartments

Great location

No door number or sign, difficult to find

Very central, able to walk or very easy to use the local transport to sites of interest, so many places to eat spoilt for choose.

The apartment was perfect plenty of space, the only point I would like to make is that a mirror in both rooms would be a bonus especially when husbands are in the bathroom and wives would like to dry their hair and a few hooks for hanging things. Just saying. 🥴

Amazing location in the old town. Very clean too.

Was slightly difficult to get into the property remotely. Also had communication the morning of checkout to say we needed to empty the rubbish - which would have been better to have more notice.

The property was in a fabulous location in the Old part of town with all the bars and restaurants on your doorstep but inside the doorstep, the apartment was quiet and peaceful. A 10 minute walk to the beach, La Concha. The facilities inside the apartment were excellent on the whole, kitchen spacious and clean and the dining area comfortable and plenty of space. Bathrooms and bedrooms were roomy and modern and lots of wardrobe/drawer space. Internet worked perfectly, there were 3 TVs in total. The apartment is airy and very spacious but obviously in the old part of town with narrow streets and tall buildings there was not much natural light, but the actual lighting worked very well so it was never an issue and with the beautiful San Sebastián weather I was outside most of the time. Check in and check out was extremely easy. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wanted to be smack bang in the centre of the old town with its beautiful atmosphere and plenty of life and soul.

It definitely wasn’t cheap and for the cost I would have expected a more comfortable/ luxurious seating lounge area.
