Great location in the old town with a close walk to both beaches and the new town. Apartment was beautiful with lovely furniture and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Borja was super helpful with fast responses providing anything we would need. Thanks for a lovely stay!

There are fans for cooling which worked well but were a bit noisy.

Stunning apartment in the middle of Old Town. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. Walk out the front door and you are in the thick of everything good about San Sebastian. Would definitely use again. Our host met us when the taxi drop us off and showed us everything about the apartment. Nearby convenience stores will give you just about everything you need. Look down the road opposite the apartment for these shops. Walk past the first one on the left and pick one of the bigger ones. 5-10 minutes away from the swimming beach and the city centre. 15 minutes walk tops from the surf beach. 20 minutes from the bus station.

During the fireworks festival it can be unbelievably busy.

The location is amazing and the size of the apartment is brilliant.

Some ants on the floor in the master bedroom and bathroom and the toilet seat in the master bathroom kept wobbling off.

Best location to explore San Sebastián.

It’s very noisy during the weekend as people drinking outside until late. We were there for during the festival people singing screaming until 5am and then big trucks came to clean the street. So I don’t recommend for light sleepers
