This gorgeous, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath private home located on a wide canal on the bayside of 15th Street will delight your family and make for a memorable OC vacation with it's open floor plan and numerous updates. There's something for everyone with a boat slip and your own private pool to enjoy after a fun day at the beach. Dad and family will appreciate the fish cleaning station and gas grill located adjacent to the pool deck.
Each bedroom has its own en-suite bath, as well as a half bath by the living area. Enjoy family gatherings in the open living area, with a breakfast bar, dining area and large sectional sofa by the big screen TV. The main bedroom has a king bed, BR2 a queen, and the third BR has plenty of sleeping spots with a pyramid bunk (single atop a full bed), futon, and a daybed. This home will accommodates a total of 9 guests, and has cable TV and WiFi for your convenience. Guests provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. Home has a washer and dryer for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
This property rents Saturday to Saturday and is close to the downtown area. Walk to the beach, (about 6 blocks) boardwalk, shops and dining.
This is a residential home that is zoned R-1. Occupancy is restricted to family members only. Occupancy cannot exceed 9, including all children and babies. Parking is limited to 3 cars on the driveway. Street parking for additional cars is not allowed within the neighborhood.
Not available for group rentals of any sort. Guest acknowledges that because this is a single-family residence located in a neighborhood of mostly year-round, single-family houses,
Guest acknowledges that use of pool is "swim at your own risk" for the duration of the lodging period. Minors may not be in the pool area without continuous adult supervision and all swimmers must use the pool in a responsible manner. Diving is not permitted nor are glass bottles and containers in or around the pool area.
Non-smoking, Non-Vaping. No pets, please.
