Lots of natural light from being the end unit and is very quiet location. 3 blocks to the beach and Boardwalk. Each bedroom has its own Flatscreen Cable TV and ceiling fans. Living room has large LCD with HDTV,DVD, Wifi High Speed Internet,DVD Player. Outdoor pool, Private fishing pier . Large bayfront balcony with amazing views and sunsets and another private balcony with ocean and bay views. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer, gourmet kitchen with all amenities, 2 parking spaces some covered. Building has Elevator and wheelchair ramp. This condo is on 10th st. and Bay side. Unit was available on time clean and ready to go. The fireplace was not working properly, not sure why, likely due to the gas just being turned on. There were several lightbulbs that were out in the master bathroom. Otherwise everything was great, location was terrific, view was great and we would stay there again.

This place was great for our large family! Very central to everything. Kitchen well equipped. Rooms clean. Host was very responsive. Beautiful balcony. Good value . We would love to stay again.

Our family had a terrific stay! We loved the peaceful location, easy parking and gorgeous view. Very quiet building (we stayed during the week), elevator access, walkable to boardwalk and beach, and plenty of free on street parking in addition to the permit lots. I was even able to lock my bike at a bike rack ride in back of the building. Inside the unit was clean and updated, lovely touches like coasters, throw blankets, new furniture, kitchen appliances. etc. We could not figure out how to put on the Orioles game on regular tv, but later did find a binder that had instructions (so our fault!). Unfortunately the members of our family in their 70s were unable to use the soaking tub due to it not having any handles to climb in or out. A family member with a disability had a similar issue with the tub in one of the other bathrooms. We agreed we would stay again, but those accessibility upgrades would be great to see for older adults or those with disabilities. Met some lovely neighbors who own other units in the building, everyone we met was very friendly. Area is safe and we felt comfortable walking around anytime. Definitely recommend!

Recent stay 9/2025Condo was clean & beautiful. The large balcony with bay view was awesome, we loved the sunsets & watching all the boats. The views from all the windows were just wonderful.Photos of the living room should be updated because there is a 70" TV over the fireplace and very large dark grey sectional in the living room. Also the living room is painted a neutral beige and not mint green, like the one picture showed.Alex, the owner, was responsive and nice to work with.The only thing we didn't like was there was no type of cart or buggy available to haul everything up to the room. So, keep that in mind, if you're considering renting this property.Otherwise, the property does not disappoint :)
