This large and impressive 4 bedroom town-home is located on 7th Street in Ocean City Md just a couple short blocks to the ocean and famous Ocean City boardwalk! You can enjoy the over-sized garage complete with beach cart beach chairs etc. or relax and soak in the sunshine at the outdoor pool just steps from your back door. The interior of this resort home has a welcoming island decor with hardwood floors Corian countertops stainless steel appliances etc. The first floor offers a primary suite with double bed and private bath and garage access. Second level living boasts gorgeous kitchen and washer dryer area and half bath. It also offers sunken dining and living room complete with double sleep sofa. The third floor offers 3 additional bedrooms including spacious second primary suite with queen bed 3rd bedroom with a bunk bed system with double bed and twin bed and the fourth bedroom with double bed. This home comfortably sleeps 11 guests. There are TVs in all bedrooms as well as large TV in living room. Both the living room and third floor primary suite offer decks perfect for relaxation!

Beautiful place and nice little pool. I was misled by being given a parking pass at check in and told to park in front of garage. In front of the garage turned out to be a fire lane and the owner neighbor was very upset and yelling.

Great location and great house! The walk to the beach was short and the beach was actually less crowded than we expected. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and comfortable. The only complaint is the previous guest's laundry was left in the upstairs hallway all week despite several calls made to the management company, and the check-in process. Traffic is horrendous the later you arrive and if you arrive early, you cannot get the keys until the property is ready later in the afternoon. Maybe there is a better way to accommodate the early arrivals? Thank you for a lovely vacation! Our family enjoyed the property and the beach!
