The location was excellent for disney and only 3.5 hours from the euro tunnel
The hosts were amazing and would highly recommend them as they went above and beyond with support to sort issues. I can not blame them for the small issues found, and they did offer alternative accommodation, but we were too tired
A small amount of damage in the property, which we reported on arrival
Cleaner missed a day, leaving no clean bedding and went in the next day and unfortunately been a sunday we could not buy wash powder to wash the bedding ourselves as there were no local shops open in the evening even tried a service station
Fortunately, we did have some blankets in the car
Unfortunately, after the cleaner had been , the smell when we returned was rather unpleasant, like it had been cleaned in dirty water, which disappeared after we aired the room on return

The apartment is spacious and offers everything you need for a longer stay. Very close to Disneyland Paris and to highway going to Paris.
The key handover is very complicated. It is almost impossible to get hold of the owner/manager by phone. The bed is not very comfortable and the cushions are very used. The bathroom smelled of chlorine and it made is almost impossible to go in before opening the windows for a few hours.
The checkout process is too complicated and there is no information regarding garage. Maybe there was, but since all communication is in French, I might have missed something :(

The location and stay was good, it is not too far disneyland.... 10min bus ride. BUT PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL YOU WILL BE OUT OF POCKET
Terrible customer service, not a word of English when u call them up. The issue started when they took extra deposit money of £201 and only returned £188 after admitting mistake, iv emailed them and tried contacting them, they just ignore you. They are very quick to take extra deposit money and return less, PLEASE AVOID IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE OUT OF POCKET.
