Very nice place, had everything you would need forba quick getaway to the coast. Quite area, traffic is almost not existing, not that you need to drive, the beach is literally a 5 min walk from building. Will be staying here again.

Overall it is a nice property to stay at. Walking distance to the beach. We debated between a 1st floor and paying a little extra for the 3rd floor. We opted to get the 3rd floor due to it being advertised as having "beach view", we checked in and this was not a unit with a beach view nor did we ha e wifi access. Messaged the property managers, Debbie was very responsive in regards to wifi, had to ask a 2nd time in regards to beach view to get a response the unit we were in did not have beach view but was close to beach, which we were already aware. While it is a beautiful, quite and well maintained property make sure you are getting what you select. Had we known we were not getting what we paid a little extra for we would have choose the 1st floor unit. Overall we would stay again at this property due to it being very centralized to all aspects of Biloxi and Gulfport. Picture below shows what we reserved stating beach view.

Everything was ok except for the wifi didn't work for the first day we were there, there was a few wasp nests that we got rid of, the dryer kept turning off while drying laundry and the stairs were an issue considering health issues. Just wish we would have been informed there was no elevator or even there was so many stairs.
