It was an exceptionally clean property. The home was in the perfect location, we just kept saying how convenient and close to everything it was. You can see the beach from the yard. We brought five kids with us and they were all very comfortable and happy in the home. The house was accommodated with everything that we needed, even beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. The neighborhood was also very nice. We wanted to book an extra night, last minute, and the staff were very helpful and understanding.
A piece of the couch come off at the bottom when my son tried to recline, otherwise it was nice and comfortable. The bed in the master room needed a better frame, when we sat on it the first day it bent, otherwise it was nice and comfortable with a big mattress.

Location and overall size of the house was perfect for all my planned activities.
The mattresses were memory foam but we usually sleep on pillow tops and memory foam was a different experience. Overall we slept well. If I had to choose one thing it would be that.

Very clean. Accessible to the beach and coliseum within walking distance. Owner was very polite in accommodating our needs.
