The apartment was immaculate and smelled so good. We had everything we needed from cookware to spices to soaps furnished. Property manager, Debbie, replied very quickly to each email. Would absolutely recommend and stay there again. Its conveniently located right across HWY 90 to the beach.

Great location and quiet. Only downfall was door was hard to unlock. But, owner was called and very helpful. No problems after lock reset. Shower was not cleaned from previous tenant. Hair left on shower floor. No handles r places to put your things in shower. Looks they are still remodeling bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bed was comfy. Could invest in new pillows. I would stay again!

This is our third year here in this same apartment. The location is great. But the cleanliness of the floors could be better. There were bottle caps, toothpicks, candy wrappers and thick dust under the couch, looks like the furnitue wasnt moved to clean floors. Also my husband walked from the bathroom after his shower to the living room and his feet were black. I took a wet paper towel and wiped the floor in a circle....OMG, it was filthy. The shower had mold in the corners and along parts of the floor where it meets the wall. It did smelled clean when we got there, but started noticing things apparently arent being sanitized like it should!
