Отсутствие шумоизоляции на окнах: невозможно спать из-за трамваев, отсюда же продувает холодным ночным воздухом комнату и становится холодно спать. Отсутствие ограждения на ванной, некомфортно принимать душ в полный рост.

No toilet paper nor paper towels. Microwave was not working.

The location was great - walking distance to the centre of town, with good access to public transport. The apartment had a washing machine, which was convenient. It also had air-conditioning, which was welcomed during the hot weather. The rental agency was very helpful and responsive to any requests for assistance.

The emailed 'buttons' sent to open the door to the building and the lockbox for the key did not work. Fortunately, the building security helped us with access to the building. The rental agency was available on WhatsApp and were helpful in assisting us in accessing the lockbox. It was a very long day and access difficulties made it longer. The apartment is an older historic apartment. While this had charm, its condition was mixed. And the central location and closeness of public transport made it quite noisy despite closing all the windows and shutters. Milan has very strict garbage sorting with 7 separate bins, and this was quite hard to decipher. The rental contract to be signed electronically in advance was quite severe with a lot of penalties indicated. We also had to use a link to pay the tourist tax in advance. While we enjoyed the stay, the level of administration required would tip us over the edge to a hotel next time.
