Excellent Hospitality

Everything was great. The owner checked us regularly via message. Cleaning was excellent. After 2 days we checked in, while we were out, room cleaned again.

Maybe only negative thing was, there was no parking spot for a car. But they told us before we came (so we already knew) and offered a suggestion.

Good location, close to the beach, Quiet and fair price.

The host was very helpful and ready to solve the problems we had when we have arrived. We had to change one of the rooms, due to the mold smell of the old furniture inside the room. But the host changed our room with another one, without this problem. All the rest was OK. Good, quiet and peaceful place. Again, the host helped to resolve problems.

Old furniture has to be replaced. May cause bad experience. No available parking in the neighborhood (the available parking place was too small and everytime full).

Nice and affordable with great personal

The facilities, personal and price was amazing. The patio was very nice and the personal especially was very nice and helpful and enhanced the experience. I don't think it is a possible to find a better hotel near Budva in the same price range.

The only downside was that there is a large road between the hotel and the beach which has a pedestrian crossing without a red light, so crossing can be a bit intimidating at night. There was a tunnel under the road but it was poorly maintained and not very accessible.

Disappointing

The apartment was clean when we got there. It was near the beach. We also had one big market near the apartment.

Nobody changed our bed sheets for the entire time we stayed there, nor cleaned the apartment. We also didn't have anything, so we could at least clean ourselves. The view from our room was bad.

Lovely, clean room with balcony.

Very clean, modern room. It's got cooking space which was really helpful for us. Ownes friendly and welcoming. Just a few min away from promenade. Good value for money.

Location is excellent, it's only slightly elevated and only 600 meters from the beach.

It's very acoustic, especially if you're staying in the apartment under the shared terrace. So, if it's past midnight, and there's someone above you walking around or using a rocking chair, even if they're quiet, it might be an issue.

Amazing holiday

It was a perfect holiday. There is a beautiful beach Becici just few steps away. There is also grocery store just down the road as well as bus stop for local buses. With the bus you can go to any beach around Budva and also to the Old Town. It is quite place even though we came iat this time of the year. Perfect for families and friends traveling together. There is a beautiful terrace that all of the guests can use. Petar and his family are amazing hosts, we would certainly come back.

Dobra lokacija za obilazak plaža. Ljubazno osoblje.

Smeštaj se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji. 7-10 minuta od plaže u Bečićima, na 4 minuta od prodavnica i marketa kao i autobuske stanice što nam je bilo dosta zgodno kako bismo obišli plaže u drugim mestima. Autobus košta 1,5 - 2,5€ a stigne se za 5-15 minuta do plaža koje su nam bile interesantne. Vlasnik Petar je bio jako ljubazan i odgovorio nam je brzo na sva postavljena pitanja i čak nam je poslao korisne likove i brojeve telefona taksi službi. Soba je bila čista, sobarice su redovno čistile, dopunjavala sapune, menjale peškire I posteljinu. Klima je odlično radila a pored televizora u sobi je bio aparat koji reguliše vlažnost vazduha. Posuđe I pripor su bili na policama iznad ringli. Smeštaj nudi suncobrane koje možete da ponesete na plažu. Na zajedničkom balkonu je bilo lepo provoditi vreme a tu su bile i mačke pa je za decu interesantno da se igraju sa njima. Ispred sobe su sto i stolice i uveče su palili mirisne sveće što je isto bilo jako lepo.

Bukirali smo sobu sa terasom ali zapravo soba nije imala terasu već je ispred svake sobe postavljen sto sa stolicama. Stolovi su raspoređeni putem kojim se ide do sobe pa je ujutru smetala buka koju su pravili drugi gosti. Trebalo bi srediti vrata od tuš kabine kako bi se lakše otvarala i zatvarala kao i tuš kako bi se lakše podesila temperatura vode jer je bila ili previše vruća ili previše hladna.

Pas du tout a 300m de la plage. 800m plutot!! Pas de terrasse privative!!Un couloir!!! Salle de bain catastrophe!!!il serais temps de faire une renovation! De l'eau partout! Cuisine! No comment! La tv ne fonctionne pas non plus! Et pareil chez la voisine. A eviter a tout prix! !une arnaque. Tres deçu!
