Fabulous stay

Great building and indoor furnitures. Very nice clean hotel. Breakfast is amazing. Good location. A lot od parking spots on main road, however you need to pay from 8AM. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place! Great staff, beautiful and quaint building, very comfortable bed, clean bathroom, quiet. And the Breakfast!!! I loved walking around the neighborhood. So close to the water, so many restaurants and coffee shops.

Really enjoyed our stay

Lovely hotel right by the lakeside. Also has a nice restaurant and cafe in a beautiful lush green garden! Lots of tasty breakfast choices (not an open buffet - which is good because IMO people usually waste food there). Hotel room itself was also very spacious with high ceilings and all the amenities. Location of the hotel is also nice, not too much in the city-center that you get too many people around you. It is in walking distance to the main street.

Loud music from other establishments kind of spoils the peaceful garden evening / night drinks. There is another cafe in front of the hotel and also a small fair for kids with joy rides - both these close by places played loud music till late in the evening which really disturbed our would-be-otherwise nice evening drinks.

An amazing place to stay in lovely Pogradec! It is beautiful and comfortable.

This place is amazing! We were I. The Rose Room and it was lovely. The breakfast was great and the location was right across from a beautiful rose garden and nice beaches. The flowers and the smell of the jasmine were wonderful. The staff were all very kind and made you feel at home.

The building was beautiful and the rooms were lovely. There are not many (or any?) other facilities like this in Pogradec. And the staff were lovely. There were two staff members who were totally fluent in English, and they were a great help when we needed advice or suggestions.

The breakfasts were a little weird, and a couple things in the room didn’t work, but when we mentioned them to the staff they were grateful to be told!

Great location, super comfortable and cozy rooms, lovely building and surroundings in general, tasty and large breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff members - I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to my friends (and of course would return back)

Cute appartment with amazing breakfast

The suite, we chose, was extremely beautiful, big and decorated with cute details. They offer great beauty products. The bed is large, very comfortable, great pillows and blanket - the best we got in Albania. You can fully darken the room, which is a big advantage for me. Very clean. Breakfast is extraordinary great. You can choose between great different dishes, which they serve fresh for you. Nice staff. Good location right at the promenade with the lake and a lot of restaurants and bars.

A beautiful stay in a lovely villa.

A beautifully restored villa in a great location for to explore Pogradec and the lake. The room was clean, comfortable and stylishly decorated in theme with the 1920s villa. The garden was beautiful and a lovely place to enjoy the delicious breakfast and coffee. My family of 3 had a lovely stay.

Bad

The hotel is 4 star, the staff are 0 star. No smiles. We booked a room with 2 seperate beds as we are work colleagues, the hotel gave us one big bed on first night. Next night we were given an extra bed and a reduction of 10 euros from a bill of 195 euros. No explication from the staff of what drinks were included (juices etc) for breakfast. If you do not ask, you do not get as they do not propose. First day, server gave us a bill for the coffee, he took it away when I asked why. Flies in the room coming from under the bed - I found a sticky plastic bottle of orange juice under the bed left from previous clients and not checked when room cleaned. I hope the manager reads my message as his wonderful hotel rated fabulous could easy go to good then to bad if he does not change the staff attitudes or change staff outright. I am a very east going person and if you look at my several previous comments about other hotels you will see I am giving score of 8 9 and 10. The fact I have rated so low a hotel is exceptional for me.

Perfect in every way

Comfort and stylish ambience. The hotel is a nicely restored 1922 villa and rooms are tastefully furnished in retro style, the staff is helpful and very professional, breakfast is big and served in the lovely garden.

Lovely hotel in a good location for the lake.

The hotel is located just back from the lakefront near the restaurants, park and fountain. Lovely restored historic house with a very attractive garden where food and drinks are served. Big room, several large opening windows which meant we didn't need to use the aircon overnight. Breakfast was excellent but helpings were excessively big meaning that on first day some went to waste which we try not to do.

Very comfortable hotel

Very nice boutique hotel. We stayed in a suite with garden view and the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I was a little afraid that there would be some noise from the garden, but it was very quiet. The bed and pillows were super comfortable so we both slept really well. The staff was also very friendly and the breakfast good as well. Would definitely visit again.

Beautiful villa well restored mixing modem and traditional style . Very green and quiet place in the town centre . Huge bedroom with very nice bathroom. Super comfortable bed .

Great, romantic, lovely hotel

Lovely and romantic hotel, the best we stayed in during our trip through Albania. Spacious room, comfortable bed, good shower, excellent service and much more. Location close to the public beach (which we did not go to) and many restaurants / bars.

Just something to keep in mind when staying in this hotel: the Muezzin starts at 04:30 ;-). Did not bother us, but one may need ear protection.
