Great hotel, great staff, built in the wrong spot

Very cool decor inside the hotel and best building on the street. Amazing breakfast in the morning and fully stocked minibar in the fridge in the room. Great staff going above and beyond helping with where to park, pizza and beer in the room. Cool mirror in the bathroom and sort of a view of the lake and mountains from the room that you can see the street and lake and mountainous backdrop too which was cool!

No kettle or coffee or tea in the room. The hotel itself is amazing but it’s a shame about the road it is on looking like a dodgy area. I think it looked worse in the rain but in the summer months it might not be as bad. The abandoned building next to the helipad further along the road just gave the place bad vibes. Basic TV on the wall in the room.

Waste of money.

I dont know from where to start, overpriced yes, rude service yes, cold breakfast yes. I paid for a deluxe king suite but i got a normal double room nothing special, stuff was very unprofessional there was no one on the reception you need to call them 10 times until they answer you. Policy of the hotel is completely different than what they have putted on Booking. Very bad experience.

The “supposedly” 5 star (5 ⭐️) hotel:: red flags 🚩 TV didn’t work. Hair dryer didn’t work. No kettle nor coffee / te

The perfect hotel in Pogradec!

Cozy rooms. Good pillows. You can eat and drink in their own restaurant, really good prices! Location was perfect! 1min from the boulevard. Would recommend to everyone to book here if you want to enjoy your time in Pogradec.

Had to go full heat on the water to have it warm in the shower. If I needed it hotter I couldn’t have it.

Pleasant

The hotel rooms were exceedingly polished and clean. Nice and new furnitures for the hotel's interior style.

They didnt have any electric kettle in the room. Also, the bathroom had a leaking shower seal, so once u'd get a shower, the bathroom would get flooded. AC wasn't adjustable, so the temp wouldn't go higher than 26°C, so it was a bit chill to sleep on there.
