Typical single storey house (65 m²), located in the town of Epine 500 meters from the beach (at the end of the street), 500 m from shops, 3 km from Noirmoutier town center .
Completely restored, bright and comfortable, on an enclosed plot of 330 m².
She is composed :
- a living room equipped with a sitting area with television,
- a kitchen and a scullery (equipment for 4 people: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, American fridge, washing machine, dryer).
- two bedrooms: one with new 1.60 bedding, desk, closet, the second with 2 new 0.90 beds and closet.
- a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate wc.

You can enjoy two terraces:
- one on the front facade on an enclosed plot of 100 m², with table and bench,
- the second in the backyard, with a surface of 100 m² fully fitted and closed, with garden furniture, garden table, parasol, deckchairs, barbecue.
Access to part of the garage for storage of bikes and equipment.
A private parking space.

We had an amazing time at Claudine's and Pierre's lovely house in Noirmoutier. Helped by wall to wall sunshine for 2 weeks, the house was beautiful and clean, spacious and a garden to relax on those sunny afternoons. The house was perfect for 4 and the garden area which was our most used room was fntastically set up for outside dining and relaxing. We cycled everywhere on this lovely little island and the garage was perfect for storing our bikes when not in use. There was also some beach games available for you to use, Skittles and boules. The defining glory of this house though is its location from the beach, a 6 minute walk down the road brings you out on a gorgeous sandy and fairly quite beach, absolutely perfect for some beach action or evening walks. Would I recommend this host and house, absolutely, thank you for a perfect holiday.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une charmante maison lumineuse très propre, bien équipée et des hôtes très accueillants. Seul petit bémol, il n'y avait pas de wifi à disposition. Pour un séjour de trois semaines cela peut être contraignant . De nos jours une connexion wifi devrait être automatique dans cette classe de location.

Super séjour dans cette très belle maison aménagée avec goût et à l’emplacement idéal. Je recommande vivement. A très bientôt je l’espère, nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir.

Cette propriété a répondu à toutes nos attentes. De bonnes surprises par rapport à la description. très bon espace pour 4, interieur récemment rénové et équipé pratique. Espace extérieur très agréable et protégé du vent. A qq minutes d’une belle plage et 10 min à pied du centre de l’Epine. L’hôte tient sa maison très propre, neutre pour que le vacancier s’y sente bien. Hôte très accueillant et a su être réactif à distance lorsque nous avons eu besoin d’une réparation rapide. Je recommande!
