Great introduction to Finale Ligure

Close vicinity to town centre. Good air conditioning. Quiet place. Good view.

-great location near to the ocean but also to the old town Finalborgo with lots of bars & restaurants -3 balconies with ocean view

- no air conditioner: it was really hot inside and you couldn’t sleep without open windows so at night it was very loud because of traffic and the sea gulls - the second room is very very small, there’s just a small bed inside - you need to cover the beds by your own, also if you pay 8€ per person for bed clothes and towels

Well equiped, but not too comfortable

The apartment is modern and well equiped, particularly the kitchen. Having both a dish washer and washing machine was very nice. The stove has 4 cooking plates, the fridge and freezer are large, so it is easy to cook complete meals. The bathroom was good. The apartment has three balconies offering both views towards the sea and the mountains, both sun and shade. The location of the apartment is excellent, close to both the beach and finalburgo. Parking was possible in the street close to the apartment for free, but not always easy to find. Despite having no air conditioning, it was easy to cool the apartment at night in August by opening all balcony doors. The agency responsible for the apartment was kind enough to permit an early check-in.

The apartment was quite expensive for what it offered and has no extras. We had the impression that everything was optimized for the host not so much for the guest. It began with a self check-in requiring photos of you ID or passport to be uploaded to a website of a third party, clearly something data sensitive persons want to avoid. The whole experience lacked generosity on part of the host: extra cost for towels and linen, if you want to use both beds, again an extra cost for linen. Except for some soap and toilet paper, the apartment offers no amenities, no dish washing liquid, no dish washer tabs, no dishcloth, no sponge, no salt, nothing. The information on the extra fee of 50 Euros for breaking house rules was placed very prominently and we received a message on the day of our departure at 6 a.m. reminding us of the not so generous checkout time. The apartment does not have two real bedrooms, rather a tiny second room having a fold down second bed practically filling the whole room. This bed is rather short and uncomfortable and rather unsuited for an adult. The main bed is ok. The apartment is practical, in very good condition, but neither cosy nor comfortable. In particular, the sofa and chairs are not very pleasant to sit on for a long time. The water pressure is poor. As soon as water is used elsewhere in the apartment, showering is practically impossible. The apartment was superficially clean, but we found a good bit of long hair.

Super schöne Woche in Finale Ligure

Super Lage, wunderschöne Aussicht, helles Appartment mit Lift. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Details aber: Es hatte keine Leselichter. Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit dem Schrankbett konnten wir nicht nutzen. Ein Schreibtisch wäre dort gut gewesen.

Gentilezza dell'host, posizione comodissima, appartamento pulito, grosso il giusto e con tutto il necessario.

Unica pecca (ma è un problema della liguria) la mancanza di parcheggio. Si può però temporaneamente lasciare la macchina sotto al palazzo con le 4 frecce senza intralciare nessuno per scaricare le valigie e poi trovare un parcheggio in altre parti della città.
