It has everything what every shredder needs.

It is biker’s paradise. The apartments was clean and cozy with comfortable beds and equipped kitchen. On top of that you find there the garage for storing and fixing bikes. I can’t forget the water hose for cleaning your shredding machines after muddy ride.

Stay here!! I loved it

Most beautiful place, quiet, beautiful property.. with a little trial that takes you to town and the most helpful hosts. They’re an adorable married couple- very helpful, they sent us a list of restaurants with what they serve and we’re quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone.

Excellent and highly enjoyable 2 week stay with all the home comforts provided by the excellent accommodation.

David and Barbara are very helpful. Any questions were answered quickly. They even provided lifts to town. The house and surrounding gardens and area is beautiful with some rooms having panoramic views of the bay. The property was clean and well serviced. It is located very close to Vitoria beach, the best serviced beach in Finale Ligure.

It is up on the hill above Finale Ligure but is easy to walk down from and easy to get a 10 Euro taxi ride back up.

Bellissimo vacanza!

A beautiful holiday with many possibilities (relaxation by the sea, a trip to the historic center, discovering the beautiful mountain landscape with the possibility of climbing or riding mountain bikes). Very nice hosts! We will definitely be happy to come back.

Great view

The hosts were very nice, the view from the balcony was fantastic and most of the things worked very well: barbeque, shower, beds, cooking field, fridge, ...

The screws on the chairs in the kitchen went through the upholstery and stuck out the other end, both on the seat and the back cushion - great risk of injury. We were promised that the chairs would be replaced after our stay. Since the rooms had no air conditioning, we were forced to leave the doors and windows open at night to allow air to move through the apartment. Unfortunately, however, the neighbors have 2 extremely annoying dogs that barked 80% of the nights until 3-4 at night. Namely, exactly until the landlords were back home from their nightly activities (party, whatsoever, ...). => Air conditioning would help here, or give the neighbors feedback that they better educate their pooches. We were also very unhappy that the advertisement in booking states that the appartment has an oven - this is not the case at least for the one we were in.

Perfect for what we needed

The apartment was perfect for our stay, what i do need to say is David and Barbara are perfect hosts, they bent over backwards when our flight was cancelled, they found somewhere for us to stay until we could get home, let us keep our bikes in their garage and arranged taxi's etc, they are wonderful and i really do mean that, very personal and made us feel completely at home during our stay, all I can say is without them we would have been in real trouble 😀

David and Barbara are very sweet and accommodating.

David and Barbra were very accommodating. They picked us up and dropped us off at the train station because we had large bike bags. They also had a wonderful garage to keep our bikes in. The apartment was comfortable and met all of our needs.

The WiFi was very spotty and only worked in the kitchen and was very slow. Every time you needed to use the WiFi you had to sign back in. Also the apartment does not filter sound well. We could hear everything. Also the doors slam close because of the wind. They need door stops.

Mini vacanza bellissima! Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo splendido appartamento con terrazza vista mare per 3 giorni! I proprietari, David e Barbara, sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili durante tutta la permanenza, fornendoci informazioni e consigli sulla bellissima Finale. L’appartamento era pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort (culla e seggiolino per il mio bimbo) e, nonostante le alte temperature, molto arieggiato e fresco! Siamo stati benissimo e ci torneremo sicuramente! Consigliatissimo! 10+ per l’appartamento con terrazza, la vista è ineguagliabile!

Perfetto!

Luogo meraviglioso e silenzioso. Perfetto per rilassarsi e godere della pace che solo una vista del genere può dare. David e Barbara gentilissimi, mi sono sentita a casa. La casa molto grande e con tutto il necessario, abbiamo dormito e riposato benissimo. Il terrazzo meraviglioso, la sera si sta benissimo. La passeggiata per arrivare al mare è breve. Ottima soluzione per una bambina che ha bisogno di spazi dove muoversi.

Die Bilder entsprachen nicht der Realität. Ganze Wohnung war kalt. Heizung war am Morgen und Abend je eine Stunde etwas warm. Stimmung kam nie auf! Zum vergessen.

We hadden een mooie kamer met terras en uitzicht op zee. David en Barbara waren enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben een geweldig tijd gehad.
