Beautiful location high above Finale Ligure, amazing view out to the sea. Lovely garden that can be used to relax in. Probably better to have a car as the location is at the end of a steep road about 5 minutes drive from Finale Ligure.

Good

Very beautiful location with a lot of nice details, you could see that the host put a lot of effort into making this place into somethink special, very beautiful made garden with an exceptional view of the sea. Apart from the floor the apartment (kitchen, linen, bathroom) was very clean. Our host tried to make our stay as comfortable als possible, he was always available for questions and answered quickly. He gave us extra equipment for the kitchen (teapot for example).

Communicating with our host was only possible through google translator, Mr. Lena was very good and quick with his smartphone, but of course that´s different. Nevertheless we had a difficult situation with him. There was a spare bed in the apartment we used, in the middle of the stay he took the bed out of the apartment without notice ahead and expressed his anger about us using it. It is not okay to enter the apartment that is rented currently and walking through without giving notice ahead. The floor wasn´t very clean.

Very relaxing stay in a wonderful location.

Carlo was a very warm and welcoming host, providing us with all the info we needed to enjoy our stay. He gave some very valuable tips for visiting beautiful locations in the neighbourhood. Villa Pierina is a fantastic location, at about 100m above sea level, within a 20 minute walking distance from the sea shore. It has a gorgeous view on the Mediterranean. We rented the ground floor of the villa, including a separate bed room, bath room, living/dining room and well-equipped kitchen. The rooms have heating during the cold season and airco during summer. The perfect basis for relaxing, hiking, biking and enjoying excellent food.

Tolle Lage, Aussicht und Ruhe.

Der Vermieter. Wr wohnt direkt über der Wohnung und kriegt alles mit. Am ersten Tag verlangte er 8 Euro pro Tag für die Klimaanlage, obwohl diese im Angebot inkl. ist. Am nächsten Morgen schaute er in unsere gemietete Wohnung rein, sah dass wir neben dem Bett auch das Schlafsofa benutzt haben. Danach wurde er richtig wütend, sagte, dass dürfen wir als Pärchen nicht benutzen, das ist nur gedacht, wenn mehr als 2 Personen darin schlafen. Danach besprach er dieses Thema mit anderen Gästen, lief bei uns einfach weg. Im Angebot in Booking ist klar alles enthalten, unabhängig von der Personenzahl. Eigentlich brauche ich gerade solche Dinge nicht im Urlaub.

Appartamento abbastanza grande, luminoso e pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort, all’esterno un bellissimo spazio verde dove poter mangiare fuori o rilassarsi davanti al mare. Distanza dal mare fattibile a piedi con una bella camminata e soprattutto discesa/salita. Nel complesso un’ottima struttura
