We really searched for a 3 BR rental (not easy!) that was a short walk to the beach and this condo was perfect! A block from the beach entrance, and the garage serves as a perfect staging area for all the beach stuff-chairs, umbrella, boards, towels, etc. My son loved the apartment-like set up of the bedroom off the garage. Host was very responsive. Beds were super comfortable, there were towels aplenty, and we appreciated how modern the condo is.would come back again!

Great stay less than 10 minutes away from the beach. Incredibly convenient and super easy for little legs to walk to the beach. I was wondering what the layout was like before coming, so here it is: the second floor has two bedrooms (one King & one Queen) along with a large Jack and Jill type bathroom. The second King bedroom is actually in the lower level and can only be accessed through the garage, which we found a little strange. Note that there isn't a dining table, we typically set up the kids in the small table in the corner of living room that accommodates 2 and then we had 4 stools around the kitchen island. The kitchen was super comfortable to work in and pretty much all the utensils needed. We spent most of our days at the beach, we did one day at Adventure Landing (pools!) and we enjoyed the BBQ spot a few blocks away. There were a few surprises while we were there which I will note here so you come prepared: - There were only two beach bikes when we were there- The boogie boards were broken That said, it was a great location and great family beach time.
