When I arrived, there was nobody at the reception. After waiting for about an hour, the security guard came and he didn't speak any English, but he was attentive. I booked three nights and paid the security guard. Later, I sent a WhatsApp message saying that I might extend my stay by one more night. However, I later informed them that I had decided not to extend and would only stay the three nights I had already booked and paid for. Unfortunately, due to poor communication between the staff, she didn’t inform the security guard that I would only be staying for those three nights. So when I was leaving, the security guard wouldn’t let me go because he thought I still needed to pay for an extra night. My Grab had already arrived, and I needed to get to the airport. The security guard even ran after me in the street while I was trying to reach my Grab, and I almost missed it. I kept trying to explain that I didn’t owe any additional money, but because of the language barrier, he couldn’t understand me. I was carrying three bags and a suitcase in the heat, running down the street, and the whole situation was extremely stressful. I felt really bad because he was only trying to do his job. Unfortunately, the language barrier and the lack of communication between the staff created a very stressful and unnecessary situation.

Location and bed was nice, at first I was in a Apartment facing some construction works but they moved me to another location much better. Very good Samsung smart TVs in every room of the apartment. Proper fridge and kitchen ware although I did not use it.

The sofas texture is not very comfortable as it sticks to the skin, would have preferred some sofas with textile garment rather than fake leather or leather due to the high humidity in Hanoi... also it would have been nice to have some water in the apartment, at least a few bottles or a water fountain (with water on it). The shower jets were partially stuck by calcium molds, it took me some time to clear the path out so I could take a proper shower, a pity that was not done on a regular maintenance basis.
