周囲は、コンビニや日常品の店や、レストラン、特に日本料理店が多く便利。大通りから離れているので、バイクの音が聞こえない、静かな部屋。 落ち着いたインテリアで広々していた。ちょっとした廊下があり、バスルームとベッドルームとリビングが完全に分かれていて、そういう造りのホテルは他にあまり無いので、良かった。使い切れないほどの棚や引き出し等、収納たっぷりだった。 部屋に飲料水のサーバーがあり、無料使い放題。キッチン調理器具も色々揃って、洗濯機も乾燥機も洗剤も揃っていた。 バスタブもあり、良かった。
少しクーラーの調子が悪い時があった。 正式なフロントが無くて、一階のレストランで「宿泊」と伝えると、直ぐに担当者(オーナー?)が隣のビルから来てくれる。最初はそのシステムが分からなくて戸惑ったが、とても親切フレンドリーで対応良かった。

Heat pump worked well and shower was good. Also good to have your own kitchenette if staying for a longer period
No clear instructions for check in and staff engagement was tricky regarding translation. Would be good if there was meet and greet book with wifi password etc inside
