About this villa rental
Summary:
Very well maintained villa in Els Poblets with beautiful Mediterranean garden and a large private pool. The villa has 3 bedrooms, one of them is on the upper floor and the other two on the lower floor and 2 fully equipped bathrooms. To keep fresh on summer nights, the house has 3 splits A/C (2 on the bedrooms and one in the living room) and for the cold winter time it has electric radiators throughout the house and a fireplace in the living room. The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in.
The Space:
Large terrace areas near the pool, 4 x 8 meters pool, outdoor shower h/c, outdoor kitchen, garage + parking space for your car, roof terrace, dishwasher,washing machine, 4 air conditioners (living room + master bedroom + 1 guest bedroom + bedroom upstairs), fireplace cassette for wood in the living room, 2 bathrooms, WIFI, fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, and much more.
One of the bedrooms is on the first floor with its own independent access. It is not connected to the inside of the house and has its own bathroom.

Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.
The Neighborhood:
The villa is located in Els Poblets, in the Barranquets area in a south-west facing residential area, quiet and sunny. Only a few minutes walk to the centre of Els Poblets or to the beautiful beach of Els Poblets.
Els Poblets has a very good infrastructure with numerous doctors, shopping facilities and restaurants. To Denia it is about 9 km and there is a bus connection. The next golf course would be in Oliva or La Sella.
Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 17kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.
Optional services:
- x1 bed linen and x2 towels extra (large and small towel) at 20€/person.
- x1 pool towel for 10 €/person.
- x1 high chair for 20€/baby
- x1 cot for 20€/baby
- Price for one dog: €50. For more than one dog, please inquire.
For direct bookings: The first payment, equal to 30% of the total amount (excluding optional extras), is due with the booking confirmation, the balance 30 days before arrival. The bank may ask you to authorise the full payment. This is because 30% of the first payment will be charged automatically, and the second payment will be scheduled to be charged to the same card 30 days before check-in.

If you do not receive the contract automatically, it is probably because you do not have an account in Spanish, English, French or German, so we will have to send you the contract manually during our working day. Approximately one month before your arrival we will contact you to let you know that you must pay the remaining amount and we will ask you a few questions to better prepare your arrival. For bookings of less than 11 nights, we will ask all guests to send us their ID's, in compliance with regional regulations. We had a fantastic week at the villa. We didn’t have a car, but it was really well positioned near to 2 supermarkets and with plenty of great restaurants within a 15 minute walk. The bus into Denia was quick and easy.
The house itself was excellent. Really well resourced and perfect for us. We loved that the top bedroom was so separate and it meant that we had our own patio and space. My only comment is that while this was perfect now my children are in their 20s, if I’d have come when they were younger and found that one bedroom had a separate entrance I wouldn’t have been so keen. It’s worth knowing that if coming with a younger family.
We have all said we would love to go back, and would love to stay there again.
