About this villa rental
The house is ideal for both summer vacations and wintering, as it has central heating and a fireplace cassette, which provide cozy warmth in winter. In the garden you can both enjoy the sun, but also look for shade under the olive tree, the palm trees or the spacious pavilion. A lemon tree provides unsprayed lemons almost all year round. The spacious pool is easy to use via a Roman staircase. A solar outdoor shower also provides warm water outside. The single-storey house has 3 bedrooms with double beds and can accommodate up to 6 people, a light-flooded living room with fireplace, an open very modern kitchen with dishwasher, a separate dining room and a bathroom with tub and bidet. All windows have mosquito nets and blinds. Outside you will find a spacious dining table and a chill-out zone with a comfortable couch. 2 cars can park in the property. Alarm system.

It was a beautiful house surrounded by a big garden with a grate swimmingpool. Just like the advertisement. The contact with the owner and the housekeeper was perfect. We had a wonderful stay at the villa.

Hemos pasado 15 días muy confortables, la casa tiene todas las comodidades, muy cerca de la playa, barrio tranquilo y en la piscina hemos disfrutado de unas verdaderas vacaciones.

Enjoyed the house, though the electric left much to be desired, as we had to go out to the street in the pouring rain to reset the breaker several times. It was cold and we tried to turn on the room heater while also having the bathroom heater on (someone was showering). You can barely turn anything on without tripping the breaker. We also battled with ants in the kitchen, bathroom and dining area, but I’m sure that was weather related, the house was clean otherwise. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of room in the fridge for our groceries. Great location, close to stores, restaurants and the sea!
The middle bedroom smelled of mold, but again, assuming this is weather related, and it being a rental and not occupied daily, being closed up with moisture sitting.
The owner is very responsive, was easy to book, check in and check out.
Would rent again if the need arises.
