Cosy villa for 6 persons, well maintained with private plot, garden, swimming pool and parking. Quiet area right next to the village and 5 minutes from the beaches.

The villa is distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a porch overlooking the pool, a spacious living-dining room with air conditioning and ceiling fan, semi-independent kitchen and a small room next to it with direct access to the terrace behind, 2 bedrooms, one of them with double bed and the other one with two single beds with air conditioning both (only cold mode), ceiling fan in one of them and a newly renovated bathroom with shower. On the first floor, with independent access from outside, there is another bedroom with air conditioning, ceiling fan and a bathroom with shower.

The private plot offers a nice swimming pool, with shower, a garden with Mediterranean plants with enough space for sunbathing, a furnished terrace with awning at the back of the garden and a private parking. There is also a mobile barbecue. The villa and the terraces are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a carefree holiday: air conditioning in the bedrooms and living-dining room, wood-burning fireplace, washing machine, dishwasher, wifi internet, TV, garden furniture, sun loungers.

Calm situation in the residential area at 1.400 metres from the sandy beaches. The village centre is at only 700 metres from the villa and offers shops, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and bars. The city of Denia is at 10-15 minutes by car (9 km).
Denia and its environments provide a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Denia is situated halfway between Valencia and Alicante, both airports are at about 1 hour driving by car. Within 20 minutes to max. 1 hour you can reach several other lovely places on the coast, i.e. Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, an Alicante in the south, as well as Oliva, Gandia and Valencia in the north. Also a trip to the back country is worth to do, you will see lots of orange groves, almond trees and quaint villages between green hills and mountains. There are 2 renowned golf courses at only 10 km from the villa: La Sella and Oliva Nova Golf.For long term stays (28 days or more) there are special prices, therefore additional charges may apply, such as Wifi, water and electricity according to consumption.
