No parking

Good location, well equipped kitchen

No free parking or any parking on site, this was falsely advertised. You have to pay to park in a public car park thats 5-10min walk away.

Charming cottage, very quiet and clean.

The property was really nice, spacious and very clean, definitely lots of space for 4 people, nice kitchen and lot utensils, easy access to wi fi and very quiet ares, nice for relaxing after a long day. The master bedroom got lots of wardrobes and the lounge was nice and comfy.

Just a couple of things, that easier to explain to make better for future booking. - Explain straight away where to park the car when you send the info is easier, people could get confused. - The second bedroom is a kid bedroom so twin bed are smaller and no place to put clothes, lucky for us wasn't a problem.

We had a good stay. Try Hudsons coffee shop, fabulous cakes and quiche!

Good location. Lovely welcome gifts. Homely and comfortable. Good heating when needed. Dogs catered for but note no outside space at all but a canal for walks nearby.

Sadly not as clean as expected. The Bath needed a clean as a tide mark, also black mould on tiles so had to be careful not to touch the walls. I did report it and feel sure the owner will get it put right.

Felt like home. Flat well equipped, especially kitchen. Lots of space. Close to the centre, and train station, but very quiet. Any concerns dealt with promptly.

Property was not too far from town, which was a flat walk close to a couple of pubs. Tidy house.

We had to pay for parking away from the property as the property information stated only residents parking. We could not open the windows as the blinds were in the way, which we felt was a fire hazard, we had to sit with the front door open to try and create a draught in the hot weather and the upstairs was like a sauna

It was right in town centre so very convenient. It was really lovely and clean and cosy.Only fault it had stairs so really wasn't a cottage hard for people that can't manage stairs

Wonderful 😁

The location was terrific in a quiet complex but within easy walking distance (2 minutes) of the town center, wonderful restaurants, the river and the station.

There was really nothing not to like! The apartment had all the necessary amenities. An outdoor seating area would have been a bonus - but we were out and about most of the time so not an issue

Well appointed and cosy property in a good location and only a short walk from the centre of town.

Location was good and easy to get to. It was nice and cosy and well equipped with everything you need to be self sufficient. We were able to bring our dog with us which was great.

The only small issue is parking. Sarah (house owner) fully explained that the house doesn’t have a designated parking space but she kindly registers your vehicle for a parking permit. You just need to hope that there was one available when we got back to the house each evening. It’s a case that there are more properties than spaces.

A lovely stay in a beautiful town.

The location was perfect for the centre of town. Very well equipped with consideration to things like hand soap in the bathroom. Beautifully presented. We were also welcomed with tea and coffee making materials, chocolate and wine which was a lovely touch.

The house is very cosy and at times a little too hot, however, we couldn't locate the thermostat or work out how to turn down the heating. Admittedly, this is something we could have contacted the owners about and there were fans through out the house.

The cottage is spacious has everything you need for a short stay. Only problem we had was parking but we got there in the end... had a lovely welcoming gift just couldn't fault it really... Great location short walks Into the town great pubs loads of eating places and amenities.

The property is in a heavily populated area and there was a lot of noise during the night with revellers returning home. The property was poorly ventilated with the windows not able to be opened more than an inch or two because of blind fittings. There was no window in the bathroom.

The potential to be 10/10 but let down by an extremely small bed and below par TV.

The location was particularly good. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated and everything that you would require wa there. However, there were two thing that we felt really need addressing.

The first thing was the bed. We went to see Anne Hathaway's Cottage, and I reckon that the bed in Valentines Cottage was no bigger. I measured it, and it was four foot six inches. Now we are talking about a bed for two adults. Now we are not enormous, but we ended up sleeping in separate rooms. I would expect a King Size bed for what it cost. Secondly the TV. Now I know we do not go on holiday to watch TV. But a 32" TV in a large room, and it would not link up with the WIFI, so no iPlayer, Amazon, or Netflix. It is nice to chill out in the evening, after all the walking around Stratford soaking up all that History.
